Your doctor’s appointment is covered under basic health insurance and will not be charged to you. Prescribed medication, additional examinations and certain operations are not covered and will be charged to you. Consult your heath insurance policy for terms and conditions.
Would you like to be seen today? Contact the practice as soon as possible, but not later than 10.00 AM. We will then try our best to offer you an appointment on that same day.
Are you unable to come to your appointment? Let us know in a timely fashion. Appointments that are cancelled less than 24 hours in advance, can be charged. The costs amount to 12,50 euros per consultation and 25,00 euros for a double consultation. These costs are not covered under your health insurance.
De Huisarts employs practice nurses (POH). These practice nurses supervise patients with chronic conditions like asthma, COPD and diabetes. De Huisarts also has a specialized POH for supporting patients with psychological symptoms and illnesses (POH-GGZ).
LSP (national internet exchange system for electronic health records) allows health care providers acces (if needed) to important information from your medical file. Examples of this are: your medications, allergies to certain medications or important illnesses or conditions. This information can be of great value in case of emergency.
