Switch to Uw Zorg Online

As of today, 8 January 2026, we are using Uw Zorg Online as our new patient portal.

With Uw Zorg Online you can:

• View your medical record (including symptoms, diagnoses, medication, allergies, test results, letters, and referrals)
• Schedule appointments at a time that suits you, without waiting on the phone
• Request repeat prescriptions for your regular medication
• Ask questions to your GP, pharmacy, or other healthcare provider
  (Please note: for urgent matters, always call the GP practice or out-of-hours service)

 

Registration
Click here to register for the patient portal. Registration is done via DigiD.
Due to current delays at DigiD, the automatic connection will only be active from 8 February 2026. Until then, we will link your account to our practice manually. This may take a few days, and you will be notified by email.
